We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. For events and tickets that are date sensitive, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some orders may require express shipping to ensure a timely and secure delivery.
Our Celebration pickup location and customer service center is closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Taxes and Fees
"Taxes and Fees", as it appears during the checkout process, refers to a combination of sales tax and/or service fees. Since the business is owned and operated within the state of Florida, and you will be using the merchandise while in the state of Florida, sales tax must be applied to any purchase. The percentage of taxation is based on several different levels including local, city, county, state, resort and/or other governmental level. This percentage ranges anywhere from 6%-10%. Any remaining amount after sales tax is service fee charged by the business.
All tickets and prices are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right not to honor any typographical errors. We are an authorized ticket reseller; all tickets are new and unused. All offers and tickets are subject to change at the discretion of the theme parks at any time.
